Seoul, Korea, December 1, 2011 — SK Planet announced that it today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with
SBS Plus (President Yoon Young-mook, www.sbsplus.sbs.co.kr) to jointly hold ‘K-Collection in Seoul,’ a large-scale event
encompassing K-pop concert, fashion show, commerce platform and broadcasting at SK T-Tower.
K-Collection in Seoul, to be held at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena on March 11, 2012, will be Korea’s greatest festival of
IT-based fashion and entertainment joined by performances of popular K-pop stars and top models.
The fashion show will present various brands that the general public is familiar with and can easily afford, unlike the traditional
fashion shows targeting a small number of people. Moreover, the addition of SK Planet’s commerce platform technology will
make the event extra special, which will later be aired on TV.

SK Planet will create a perfect mobile commerce environment by providing a mobile application (tentatively named ‘K-Collection’)
that allows visitors to search information on the fashion show and presented items, and make on-site purchases using QR codes
or NFC tags. In addition, the company will set up the ‘K-Collection’ website to offer live stream of the fashion show, thereby providing
customers with a whole new open shopping experience.

Meanwhile, each fashion brand participating in this grand event is making swift and creative moves to make K-Collection in Seoul
into more than just a fashion show. The event will be joined by 20 fashion beauty brands and new designers’ brands, over 100 fashion
models and famous artists, and many other prominent artists of both home and abroad. Furthermore, K-Collection in Seoul will serve
as a valuable opportunity for Korean fashion brands to make inroads into the Asian markets starting with Japan by featuring clothes
that reflect current Japanese fashion trends and having Japanese fashion models walk the runway. Also to spice up the event, K-pop
celebrities will take part in diverse programs such as fashion shows and clothes auction.

“K-Collection in Seoul will suggest a new concept of fashion show by adding diverse media content and cutting-edge IT including
commerce platform technology to create and lead a new cultural trend in the smart era,” said So Jin-woo, SK Planet’s President
 and CEO.

Ha Guem-yeol, SBS Media Holdings’ CEO and President said, “The blending of SBS’s media content with SK Planet’s platform
technology led to the creation of an entirely new genre. Building on this achievement, more efforts will be made to keep surprising
our viewers and customers with new products and services that add value and fun to their lives.”
